times that there are personnel issues in the DPW.

A resident commented in the Lancaster Bee's "Bee Heard" column about the village hiring
an attorney for a special matter. I did look on the village's website and only could locate board minutes
on the Village Code link but could not locate the past agendas for the board meetings to see if there was an indication
of why the attorney was hired.
