School taxes

On a positive note, my school taxes are lower than last year's.

Mine went from a lot to a lot minus $40.

I do find it amazing how far off the full market value is from reality. Mine has already increased 50% from what's listed.

In Cheektowaga mine went from a lot minus $137 I believe. Still not great but better than an increase. Our assessment did increase.

And my son was luckier than me, his 2021 town and school tax bills were lower than his 2020s
