    Rochester is a crime ridden hole. The burbs are beautiful though.

    Buffalo NY was rated first. Number one among all cities in the world.
    The only studies that show Buffalo any thing other than first is when they include Lovejoy in the study. All reputable ranking systems that exclude Lovejoy when ranking Buffalo put Buffalo on top.
