Spitzer is taking aim at the Indians , WHY ?

Because he :

Promised lower taxes - he promised to change the way government works - he promised to correct the health care system .

He seems to believe that adding "Presumed" income to a budget is a way to balance it !

He seems to believe by taxing the Indians he is changing the way government works !

He seems to think , putting seniors and others out of and shutting down hospitals is correcting our health care system !

Raise money through levying new taxes - is not going to "Lower Them" (taxes) for anyone .

Going after the Indians for money to fill the "Presumed Income" gap in his budget wont stop the excessive spending habits of Government !
