In an interview with Fox News, J Christian Adams, a former attorney for the Department of Justice, says that he and the other lawyers who won a default a judgment against the New Black Panther Party for voter intimidation were told to dismiss the case by Obama political appointees.
The DoJ’s response was to issue a statement that there can be and are disagreements between DoJ lawyers about which cases to pursue ad which to drop but that former employees with a political agenda should not distort facts.
But if you read Adams’ resignation letter it seems that rather than pursuing a political agenda, Adams is not getting support from his employers and as a result of following directives to drop a valid case against the New Black Panther Party is now facing a subpoena that is costing him time and money.
The thing that shouldn’t surprise anyone about the New Black Panther case is how much the response by the Obama Department of Justice resembles their response to the case against Mayor Kevin Johnson of Sacramento. In that instance it was Gerald Walpin, working as a federal inspector general who was fired by President Obama for what looked like politically motivated reasons because the new administration didn’t like Walpin’s investigation into wrongdoing by a prominent supporter, Kevin Johnson. And now Walpin has lost his case demanding his job back, but the judge did urge Walpin to appeal the decision.
The record of this administration’s attempts to stop investigations and prosecutions of wrongdoing, just because those acts were committed by political allies, is getting longer and longer.
Russia didn't make me vote for Trump, Hillary did.
They were told to look the other way in cases involving violence against whitey!!!

Most disturbing, the dismissal is part of a creeping lawlessness infusing our government institutions. Citizens would be shocked to learn about the open and pervasive hostility within the Justice Department to bringing civil rights cases against nonwhite defendants on behalf of white victims. Equal enforcement of justice is not a priority of this administration. Open contempt is voiced for these types of cases.
Some of my co-workers argued that the law should not be used against black wrongdoers because of the long history of slavery and segregation. Less charitable individuals called it “payback time.” Incredibly, after the case was dismissed, instructions were given that no more cases against racial minorities like the Black Panther case would be brought by the Voting Section.

Washington Times over the weekend and then on Monday in a long post at Pajamas Media about double standards practiced by the DOJ in voting rights cases. So what’s his theory for why the case was dropped? Simple: Compensation for historical injustices. After more than a century of black voters being intimidated at the polls, it just wouldn’t seem fair to prosecute a black group for voter intimidation:

"Obama has Violated His Oath of Office" in Racist Dept of Justice Decision to Drop New Black Panther Party Voter Intimidation Case and Mandate DOJ Policy: "No Voter Intimidation Cases Will Brought Against Black Defendent Where the Victim is White"
This is blockbuster. This is the stuff of impeachment. The Black Panther voter intimidation case was dropped even though the case had already been won.

Most charges against the men were dropped for lack of evidence, the U.S. Justice Department says. Now a former Justice Department lawyer is accusing his ex-superiors of ignoring white voters' rights and creating a systematic "one-way" approach in which only minorities are protected. The claims by J. Christian Adams are the latest installment of a long-running dispute over Justice Department enforcement of the nation's civil rights laws. It's a political fight over such volatile accusations as black-on-white racism, double standards and payback — issues that are magnified with black men serving as president and attorney general.
It's "payback time" for Obama and his administration.
One of the quotes from the Black Panthers: Shabazz and Jackson stood outside the polling place dressed in black leather, gripping nightsticks. Morse sped over to the polling place and shot video of the two men, who sniped at him for filming. He filmed the police who ushered the men away. Finally he filmed Shabazz angrily leaving the scene with a final insult: “That’s right, you’re gonna be ruled by a black man!”
I only wish this kind of stuff wasn't true!
