173 Dingens Street LLC, an affiliate of Laub Warehouse, has acquired a 70,050-square-foot building at that East Side Buffalo address, paying $1.23 million for the complex that also includes 3.54 acres of land. The deal closed June 23, according to documents filed in the Erie County Clerk’s office.

The property had been owned by Zappia LLC, parent company of Zappia Enterprises Inc. Zappia was one of two tenants in the building.
While Laub is considering moving a new tenant into the building, the structure’s other tenant, Midwest Transport Inc., has agreed to remain and has signed a lease extension, according to co-brokers Dave Seider and Ben Borruso from Pyramid Brokerage Co. of Buffalo.

Zappia Enterprises has also retained Seider and Borruso to sell a 2.4-acre vacant Dingens Street parcel just across from the building. The property is on the market for $150,000.
