    Injured-on-duty controversy will revert to department heads

    Buffalo police and firefighters who say they have been injured on duty will soon answer to the commissioners in their respective departments, who know the staff culture best, instead of to a City Hall administrator.

    haven't paid Patty Parete

    after lying in the News months ago, saying it was a paperwork problem, The City still has not paid 50k owed to Pattys caretaker. The only thing that is moving them is that the Union has had to file grievances to try and get her paid. Pathetic. Browns Admin are class A aholes.
