County swamped with reports on Bars

Great job by the public for blowing these bars and restaurants into the county health dept.

EC continues to be swamped by the public about bars and restaurants for violating the state guidelines. For social distancing and capacity of buildings.

OMG, the public has filed more than 2000 complaints and county officials have investigated. Great job by the public for reporting these crooked owners of these establishments.
What Bs from bar and restaurant owners that they want more guidance and not threats. they know the guild lines but its more about the money for most.

There were four places on my list right on transit road that I blew in. they had more cars in the lot than a casino. places were packed bars etc. owner walking around doing nothing.

keep up the great work let the crooks follow the guidelines.

Allow me to remind you of a point I made on another thread. It was Eric Hoffer, who long ago in “The Ordeal of Change” pointed out that the all-seeing eye of the totalitarian is really only the eye of a neighbor....the tattletale, the busybody, the fink. And I might add these people are hardly crooks, what they are “violating” are , as you yourself point out , “guidelines”, not laws. You know something Cheek, unless Cuomo is lying (quite likely, I might add as he lies about everything), the infection rate is under 1%. It’s time to put on the big boy pants and get back to living life.

Cheek, I had to respond again because I saw a guy at church today that you would love. He’s an usher at our church. I don’t know what others are doing but in our church one can only use every other pew and we’re limited to 3 to a pew unless a family group is together and then they are actually allowed to sit together! Today Mr. Usher was seating someone near the front of the church and someone dared to take a seat in the back of the church. From the front Mr. Usher yelled at that person that she was taking “his” seat and that she was not allowed to sit there. So she moved to the other end of the pew where by his good graces she was allowed to sit. During the sermon she removed her mask from over her nose and Mr Usher “corrected” her in voice so loud that it disrupted the priest’s sermon. Your kind of guy! Reminds me of the old adage, as true today as ever, that when small people begin to cast long shadows it’s a sure sign that the sun is setting. Now go back and “shelter” in your basement and nurse your rage over the fact that someone, somewhere might actually be enjoying himself.
