Nancy Pelosi and the Democratic Totalitarians have said that their law enforcement reform bill is named to honor a true African-American hero, comedian George Kirby. He always cracked me up, almost as much as Pelosi and her entire incompetent retarded Democratic Totalitarian caucus. This rates right up there with the idiot who sent the wrong bill to the Senate for passage requiring the Senate to pass Obamacare twice.
