another one but higgins wants to ban assault guns. I wonder if the shooter had a permit to carry. Ban or not these people can buy them off the streets something like Higgins cant stop.

Any elected official who wants to limit our right to bear arms needs to read history books. There are a lot of evil people out there.

What was a 13 yr old girl doing out 1230 am?

Amazing..that yesterday there was an incident approx 1PM on the corner of Howell and Amherst st..allegedly by a disgruntled woman..5 shots in the air. NOTHING in the news regarding this...This corner house has been the scene of past incidents..even recently...a large party at this location got out of control on July 3rd late at night and police were called to control the mob!...but nothing in the media...wonder why?
Not to worry though..there is a planned vigil!!

Joey because the city is trying to keep all of this out of the news. Because mayor erkel doesn't like all this being put in the news he is more worried about
keeping a grocery store running in the city than all the shooting.

Right now looking like a shooting every other day. Where the hell is the commishs special task force on guns?
A Buffalo man is in stable condition after he was shot Tuesday afternoon.

The 52-year-old man arrived at Buffalo General Hospital around 3 p.m. in a civilian vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds. The shooting happened on the first block of Lakeview Avenue, south of Front Park, according to a spokesperson for the Buffalo Police Department.

Another one. What kills me these people do not have a permit to carry a gun

A man was injured in a shooting outside of a restaurant near the Erie Basin Marina area in downtown Buffalo early Monday morning, according to police.

Police responded to the area around 3 a.m., where they say an argument that occurred inside of the Templeton Landing Restaurant spilled outside. The man was shot near Templeton Terrace outside of the restaurant.

Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia said in a press conference Monday that the shooting was in connection to an incident at a concert at Outer Harbor late Sunday night. Gramaglia said that it was during an afterparty following the concert.

“They were selling tickets to get into Templeton Landing, which to me speaks of some kind of third party promoter event,” Gramaglia said.

Never catch me in this place it's dark the second time for this place. These people just don't know how to behave and it always comes up with a gun issue.
Around 10 p.m. at the Drumworks Music Fest, police say some sort of disturbance started near the stage. During a Monday press conference, Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia said he believed the disturbance stemmed from a fight and someone possibly yelling about a firearm that caused people to scatter.

People in the crowd attempted to run and flee the area in the same direction, causing some concertgoers to fall.

Of the seven people hospitalized, two were taken to Sisters of Charity Hospital and five to ECMC. Gramaglia said the worst injury appeared to be a broken arm.

Reports of gunshots were not believed to be accurate, as Gramaglia believed the sound of a bike rack barrier falling may have been mistaken for gunfire.

The incident caused the concert to pause for about 10 minutes. Officers and security were then able to restore order and the show continued. No other incidents were reported during the concer

Seems that everything Buffalo does..seems to turn to sh$#. People just cant control themselves anymore..Too much "crotch grabbing " shows in Buffalo makes the crowd go wild!

This guy just sitting outside, and he gets gunned down. A little late to be out in the city but still..
One man is dead following a fatal overnight shooting.

Police say they responded to the scene on the 3100 block of Main Street just after 1:50 a.m. Tuesday where, they say, a man had been hit by gunfire while sitting outside.

Police say the man was declared deceased at the scene.

Now problems at city high school football games. Multiple fights at Bennetts opener Black female spectators fighting that led to more fights. About 750 people were at the game the game was canceled after the fight. A couple things happened here it's not well lit have been in this dump a few times. Next would be most of these people wouldn't sit in their seats during the game and the PA announcer kept telling people to sit. Looks like now you will need a invitation to attend a city school football game. thugs at their best.

When will today's youth figure out violence is not the answer? This is Americas' future...and not looking very bright. The pendulum has swung too far to the extreme...and it will take extreme measures to couner this. Anything that is done to remedy this will be labeled Racist...because it's a proven fact ..it works, and counter productive to the citizens of this country to treat each other with RESPECT! THis will continue..as it has for generations to come..an end up as a civil war!
