Why can't the Covid money be used to do a study to eliminate the sanitation department?


Then take the guys working in sanitation through training for concrete work and/or sewer repair?
I could be wrong but doesn't the town hire outside companies to pour our concrete?

How about using it to pay for some line item that was already approved and put the money into savings?

That isn't a bad idea either.

While mowing I was wondering why could 600,000 be put into bonds. Earn like $30,000 a year and use that each year for something.

Am I missing something here - "lets take the covid money(tax dollars) - let the politicians buy bonds (with our tax dollars) - then give them the profits raised with that money - so they can waste it on something else we will pay for too ?" -
