You know Cheekman, perhaps some of these companies should be suing New York State for an unconstitutional taking of their business by New York State. It was the state who forced thousands of businesses and millions of New Yorkers to the edge of desperation without anything like a legitimate finding of need. The determination about what constitutes an essential business has been made in a manner that is clearly arbitrary and capricious. It changes at the whim of the governor with no basis in fact to support it.
