There is a bright side to this. We have literally seen what government "services" can finally go to the wayside. If there are government departments that can literally be shut down for weeks and no one notices why fund them?

It’s not just golf courses. Telephone waits of hours are met with hang ups, with the erasure of applications due to even minor mistakes requiring that applicants begin the process from scratch and a host of other barriers put in the way of applicants. In addition to making NYS the world leader in Coronavirus, this just another example of failed leadership and what happens when all our state leaders know how to do is issue press releases.

Anyone who thinks this state’s response to Coronavirus is not wholly and solely governed by press release needs to tune in to the pissing match going on right now between Il Douche and Bolshevik Bill Wilhelm, er, Di Blasio. Bolshevik Bill announced that the NYC schools would be closed for the rest of the year then Il Douche held his own presser 2 hours later to contradict him. Why don’t the 2 of them just whip them out and have a CNN special to see whose is bigger. Chris Cuomo can do the measuring and they can both wear ballerina outfits just like in his dreams. No wonder thousands have died with this type of nonsense going on.
