Exclamation Dictator Cuomo declares Quarantines 'anti-American, anti- Social.....

This is rich coming from Cuomo
Cuomo told CNN on Saturday: "If you start walling off areas all across the country it would just be totally bizarre, counter-productive, anti-American, anti-social."The Governor continued: "This is a civil war kind of discussion.

"I don't believe that any administration could be serious about physical lockdowns of states.

"It makes absolutely no sense and I don't think any serious governmental personality or professional would support it."

He said such a move would amount to a “federal declaration of war.
So using Cuomo's comments, does that mean that the State of New York has declared war on its people?

He’s scrambling. The situation in NYS has spun totally out of control under him and Bolshevik Bill Wilhelm, er, DiBlasio.

According to reports he didn't make the hand sanitizer. He just bought in bulk and placed it in environmentally unfriendly plastic bottles.

No, The Federal Government does not have the police power to do such a thing being a sovereign of only delegated powers from the States and that is why it would be like a declaration of war. The general police power of the States were reserved to them and they alone possess such police power. This is the very premise of the Tenth Amendment.

Actually, it’s pretty clear that the president does have the authority to interdict interstate travel in an emergency connected to the spread of an infectious disease. And while governor of Rhode Island wimped out, the governors of FL & TX appear to be made of sterner stuff. The governor of FL is regulating entry into FL by folks from New York and Louisiana and the governor of Texas is regulating the entry of Cajuns. Despite what everyone is repeatedly told I’m pretty sure there is no specific freedom of right to travel mentioned anywhere in the Constitution.
