Let me ask, did that $590,000 spent to do assessments just grow on the Cheektowaga trees that people are willing to postpone it?

That is a lot of money.

All I know is "pay your fair share" and that is what accurate assessments accomplishes.

Now maybe people will wake up and we change how our services are provided in our best interest. As I have said on facebook and here. I don't give a crap about anyone's political careers, futures or dreams. People can go peddle their BS in some other community.

I see on the agenda, they are entering a contract with GAR associates to do the residential assessments.
It does not mention any figure for the service.
Didn't they just spend a mega amount of money last year for Emminger to the same assessments and then cancel due to Covid?
Do Cheektowaga taxpayers have a money tree somewhere?

    From their site-

The company began in 1961 when Larry Grant began Western New York Appraisal Company. Within a few months, the company was renamed to Grant Appraisal & Research.
