This appointment takes on a whole new perspective in light of the multimillion dollar illegal tax grab attempted by Poloncarz by sending out tax bills that were inaccurate (on the high side, imagine that) that blew up in their face when discovered. I suppose that even the shoe shine rag and the Democratic Totalitarian public relations office known locally as Ch 2 News felt that they couldn’t just refuse to report an illegal property tax grab in the 10’s of millions after the the guy whose job it was to run the county real property tax system for about 20 years was fired for sketchy reasons shortly before property tax time came about and a stooge has been appointed to replace him.
