In Los Angeles, Heidi Van Tassell said a homeless man pulled her out of her car, dragged her into the middle of the street and dumped a bucket of feces on her head.

You have to feel for the homeless in CA yet we have people who want to invite more and more people into the USA that require some form of assistance in many cases. Don't you think it would be wiser to take care of the issues we currently have before introducing more people into the mix?
