ELMA, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Western New York staple for nearly six decades with shut down before the beginning of 2020.
After 58 years, the publishing company for WNY Pennysavers will stop its productions, as advertisers move away from printed papers.

Nope... same goes for retail locations. Was just talking to another business in town who's retail sales dropped about 75% over the last 5 years. They sell items that don't really require "tech support" or " service" so there is only so much value they can add to the products. They have been around forever but they see the change with amazon growing. Amazon should never be given taxes break or grants of any kind.
