Democrats' debate erupts as candidates spar over donors; Yang slams Trump 'obsession'

Long-simmering tensions boiled over at Thursday night's 2020 Democratic presidential primary debate in Los Angeles, as a blunt one-on-one sparring match erupted between Pete Buttigieg and Elizabeth Warren over their fundraising -- just minutes after businessman Andrew Yang slammed Democrats' "obsession" with President Trump and impeachment.

I don't want Buttigieg for president but he made a valid point here.

"You know, according to Forbes magazine, I'm literally the only person on this stage who is not a millionaire or billionaire," Buttigieg, the mayor of South Bend, Ind., said. "This is the problem with issuing purity tests you yourself cannot pass."

"We shouldn't try to [defeat Trump] with one hand tied behind our back," Buttigieg said.

But on the other had Buttigieg isn't too bright. Trump is doing an awesome job. They shouldn't be trying to defeat him after the results we have seen with jobs, the economy, pulling troops home, not starting wars like the last past presidents, lower the importation of refugees and finally trying to secure our southern border. Just think if the democrats weren't constantly trying to hamper everything he's trying to accomplish. We would be even further ahead.

You couldn't be more inaccurate, as usual!!

When you take a look at the current incumbent (and his completely inexperienced and ineffective family appointees) you see a group so far out of touch that the president himself whines about the affect his impeachment has on them. Like they can't see the hysteria and dysfunction all the time of his presidency????? As if they are doing so much positive for the country that they just can't believe anyone would offer any negative comments about them.

It's his own damn fault people think he is a terrible leader.
