Gov. Cuomo announces development for new power grid for Puerto Rico

SAN JUAN (WENY) -- Governor Cuomo spent the Thanksgiving holiday volunteering in Puerto Rico with his family.

Cuomo and his three daughter, Mariah, Cara, and Michaela, volunteered at the Boys and Girls Club of Puerto Rico for the Thanksgiving banquet, just two years after the island was devastated by Hurricane Maria.

Why is he involved with this?

How does he get the Electric Utility Teams to volunteer for this?

Last year Puerto Rico passed needed laws to enable the "privatizing" of their electricity producing and delivery systems. That means once we get done paying for updates - up grades and delivery system they will sell it. Why should we pay for that then they sell it ? Makes you wounder what investment group is in line for this "joint venture" ?

That is not "New York State's" concern really.

WNY, it’s not NYS’s concern. But when you’re running a state budget deficit of over $6 billion (actually close to $20 billion) as the NW is in NY you’ll do anything to distract people.

Then the next question is how does a group of people sit at a meeting of the ecdems.com and continue to support people like Cuomo?

That is the part I'm having trouble grasping.

We see $100,000,000's of wasted dollars on failed projects..

We see 10000's of people leaving NYS...

We see 1000's of business leaving NYS...

We see people like Cuomo and others putting foreigners interest over our best interest...

We see budgets constantly rise instead of the hard choices that need to be made...

    and so on...
