Congressman Chris Collins is expected to plead guilty to insider trading charges in Federal Court on Tuesday.

According to court documents, Collins is scheduled for a "change of plea hearing." The judge's chambers in the Southern District of New York tells 7 Eyewitness News Collins will change his plea from not guilty to guilty.

All too often we see this - they get to Washington and their brain flips ! They see everyone getting rich - insider deals - back door deals - tax dollar leveraged deals and so on. They think - well hell everyone's doing it - so here we go !
If he did what has been explained - he was wrong and should pay. I just hope he learns from it - returns to what he does best on the local level !
