That only means that he has not filed to close the business. It does not mean or prove that the company is selling a product or activily offering a service at this time.

I have a couple of companies but I do not keep them active all the time, nor do I inform the State that they are dorment, because I do not want to shut them down.

Provide evidence that he is actually billing people.

No it does not. Just like the UB web site, it proves nothing. It is only stating that the owner, CEO has not closed the company down. It does not prove that he is an active participant in it, nor that it is actually collecting/billing customers.

Again, PROVE that he is doing it, not just speculating about it.

Here's something you should understand - To be honest, I don't really give a damn about Mohan.

I happen to like him, meaning I'm still giving him the benefit of the doubt, but he really does nothing for me.

What I DO care about is the likes of people like you, using whatever opportunity you can to spread information about others, with no regard whatsoever for the truth.

We can sum up Satish's character (or total lack thereof) by referring to one of the public statements that Satish made when confronted by twenty years of never filing for a building permit although Satish has been in the home improvement business in Amherst for over twenty years.

Satish's statement was to the effect that no building permit is required when the cost of the work is $10,000 OR less. This is just plain wrong. When confronted with this Satish played the race card and got off scott free.

Bottom line, rules don't apply to Satish. Rules are for anyone else.

P.S. After twenty years in the home improvement business, wouldn't you think that Satish, just maybe, maybe, would know the rules? I have hundreds more of these inconsistencies and evidence of Satish Mohan's scoflaw approach to rules and campaign promises and now the Town taxpayers are paying for this by way of increased school taxes, loss of services, inefficient and demoralized workforce, underfunded police department, underfunded emergency services department, overfunded Supervisor's office and over inflated ego of Satish the Great - God's Gift to His Fellow Amherstonians..
