In September 2017, John Bruso received these campaign contributions from the Dirschberger family
Dirschberger was indicted January 2018. John Bruso gave a personal contribution to the Plymouth Crossroads organization
on January 24, 2018 in the amount of the Dirschberger family contribution
Followed by a matching contribution of the John Bruso campaign in the same amount on February 2, 2018
Yet, Todaro disseminates this libelous statement.
Mr Todaro, the current legislator John Bruso did make the right decision in the situation.
You made the wrong decision by disseminating your lies. There's is no integrity in lying to get elected.

It is not a lie to ask someone to return something. He never says that Bruso hasn't returned it so not seeing where the lie is.
How do we know that the donation to Crossroads is the Dirschberger money? Circumstantially we can say it is but can you say it definitively? The check is signed by his wife, not him.

And to think that Lancaster Town GOP Chairman Greg Sojka attempted to make this a hit on John Bruso on this website months ago would indicated that Sojka knew full well that John Bruso made the appropriate move - and then some - with donating the money (and by adding his family money to it).
If Frank Todaro can't, or is just too lazy to do his homework before sending out this press release then how can he possibly handle the responsibilities of the position his is seeking? And taking shots to get there, right away early in the campaign, resulting in him having egg on his face as a result of this failed hit job.

I do agree that Frank Todaro should at the very least issue a retraction, followed by a generous donation to Crossroads to show he really means it.

Posted to push the Crossroads donation screwup in the past, this new post making the usual plastic or cliché BS of how Frank Todaro is the best, then "It's time for a change. #opportunity."
When you click the "#opportunity" the link takes you to a site that has videos (which change daily), one was what looked like an organization that is trying to help African refugees find employment in the Sudan and other help understanding English when in Europe, another of a young woman arguing with her mom complaining about what looks like her pending arranged marriage, another looks like it becomes R-rated in the bedroom of a far off location.
HA HA HA!!!!
It's an interesting "change" for this group of Republicans to say the least!

After reading Bruso's August 23, 2019 comments, and reviewing his supporting documentation, I can not tell what is or is not true.
The kindest thing that I can write of those Bruso comments is that they appear, at the very least, to lack clarity.
Is the August 23 Bruso statement an exercise in Bruso debate preparation, because he seems to be debating his own staff's version(s) of events?

Whether Mr. Bruso is being truthful, that is something that only he knows.
I will say this much. In his August 22, 2019 statement, Frank Todaro said:

Which one? The Crossroads donations? Or the screw up with the inaccurate link to #opportunity? Or was it not knowing someone would post what could easily be described as an X-Rated video as the type of "change" you are offering?

He posted it on his Town GOP webpage, together with the link to the inappropriate definition of what the Town GOP wants in their version of "change." He brought himself into it and most likely knew in advance.
Readers, just make sure your kids are not in the room when you seek to understand what kind of "change" the Town Republican committee has in store.
