New manufacturing facility coming to Bethlehem Steel site

    Well this is good

New manufacturing facility coming to Bethlehem Steel site

Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz announced in a pair of tweets that there is a letter of intent to sell 28 acres of the old Bethlehem Steel site to TMP Technologies.

Poloncarz says the company plans to build a new cleaning products manufacturing facility on the property.

Under the agreement, TMP Acquisitions Inc., agreed to buy two pieces of property for up to $1,089,000.

A news release announcing the agreement says the sale allows the company to keep nearly 100 employees in Erie County and create an estimated 30 new jobs.
I'm going to assume they will be given tax breaks to offset NYS/Erie County high taxes?

Well, if 100 of the jobs are already here and they’re just trying to keep them here that’s hardly “new”. This is just more rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic that is western NY. And if this property gets tax breaks and the retard Poloncarz supports it it simply proves that he’s a phony little **** in addition to his other endearing qualities.
