One week after claiming revenues were down and that the President was hurting NYS - we see this : "A grim outlook for Gov. Cuomo’s tight $175 billion state budget got a little brighter Tuesday, with the state controller estimating there'll be $190 million more in revenue than anticipated over the next two years"

- They go on to say how most of it - since its dedicated would be put in reserve

- “The Office of the State Comptroller estimates a two-year revenue total that is $190 million above the Executive Budget estimates" for tax receipts, lottery and certain gaming revenues, and miscellaneous receipts in the general fund, DiNapoli said in a letter to Cuomo's budget director, Robert Mujica, and lawmakers.

Mujica responded DiNapoli's "estimate is very close to the Executive Budget" and that the $190 million would be earmarked for reserves, but not be used as part of the budget.
