New York Senate Bill Would Require $1 Million Liability Insurance Policy for Gun OwnersWith complete Democratic control in New York, Governor Andrew Cuomo and his henchmen are at it again to make life even more difficult for gun owners. State Senate Bill S2857A has been submitted and is now making its way through the committee process. What is S2857A?
It would mandate that gun owners secure a $1,000,000 liability policy. The insurance law is amended by adding a new section 2353 to read as follows:

Chant,
Any truth to this?
Where do the people who support the ecdems.com that support cuomo stand on this?
You want to put an end to items like this we need to start at the bottom where the support begins. I'm pretty sure we have quite a few supporters across our local village and town boards and elections are on the way...
