    Bad cops and jail attendents!

Totally disgusting this video is!!! No wonder mayor erkel didnt want this to go out to the public. The jail attendant should be in jail for 5 years or more. the two city kid cops should of been fired. where is the jail block supervisor? where is the supervisor of the two cops that are laughing? How about someone with some balls stepping in to stop this instead of watching this and playing of their cell phones.

you have the Tonawanda cop driving drunk last week now no swat team for them. then blaming his wife that she was driving.

how about lard ass buffalo cop krug beating the crap out the kid on the street. the jury should find him guilty. jail and fired.

eric county sheriff beating the kid at the bills game for no reason. another one jail and fired.

who in gods name are hiring these people and how long have they been doing this or how many times is this crap getting covered up.

A frind of mine is a cop out of this area and they have stopped hiring kid cops. they are now looking at the higher end of the age limit for hiring. he told me just to many problems with these kids.

so taxpayers are footing the bills for this crap.

hats off to ch 7 for doing this. The video shows jail attendant beating handcuffed suspect in Buffalo

7 Eyewitness News sued the city to make the video public. erkel lost this one.
We are very pleased that the City of Buffalo has finally released the tape," said Mickey Osterreicher, the attorney representing 7 Eyewitness News with the law firm Barclay Damon, LLP. "It is unfortunate that it has taken all this time and legal wrangling for the taxpayers to finally get to view this incident. Channel 7 and The Buffalo News should be commended for their efforts in making this tape public. The important thing to remember is that the first amendment protects not only the press' right to gather and disseminate information, but the public's right to receive it."Two Buffalo police officers, Joshua Craig and Anthony D'Agostino, watched the beating but did not intervene. One of the officers can be seen laughing during the beating. Only Jaskula faced criminal charges in this case.

Warning: this video is graphic. Viewer discretion advised.

so bully with a badge was all happy when he left the fed courthouse yesterday. still has another count and a bunch of civil suits coming his way. another one gets off for beating on people.

After eight days of deliberations, a jury on Tuesday acquitted Buffalo Police Officer Corey Krug of three of the four charges against him and deadlocked on the final charge.

The verdict, which came after a two-week trial, means the 18-year police veteran has been cleared of using excessive force in two of the three incidents at the center of the civil rights prosecution.

Within an hour of the verdict, federal prosecutors announced they will retry Krug on the one charge the jury could not agree on.

"We accept the jury's verdict and we will be seeking an immediate retrial of the defendant," U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy Jr. said in a statement.

The split verdict followed a trial in which prosecutors portrayed Krug as a "bully with a badge," and the defense countered by arguing that his use of force was always justified and reasonable.
