If Cuomo gets his way does that mean this wouldn't be in the paper. No mug shots?
Lancaster principal arrested in Clarence on DWI charge will be put on leave

A Lancaster elementary school principal was arrested last week in Clarence and charged with drunken driving, State Police reported.
Amy B. Moeller, 40, of Amherst, was arrested just before midnight Feb. 14 after she failed field sobriety tests and provided a breath sample showing a blood-alcohol level of .13 percent, police reported.
Moeller, the principal of Hillview Elementary School, was traveling northbound on Transit Road just south of Casey Road when State Police pulled her over after observing her vehicle drifting into the right lane, said James O'Callaghan, public information officer.
Moeller also was cited for driving without her headlights or tail lights on, O'Callaghan said.
Patrick Uhteg, president of the Lancaster School Board, declined to comment on the details of the arrest because it was a personnel matter.

Another "personnel matter!"
I am beginning to wonder if the term "H.R." stands for "Hide Rogues" in the LCSD?
This is a public safety question which impacts young people in the public education environment Gorja.
Just a straight forward District expression of concern, and an appropriate acknowledgement of applied precautionary steps, consistent with the provisions of 3020a, would satisfy me.
I know that the statement needs to thread a needle Gorja, but a comment on the order "The charges filed are significant, substantive and concerning...," especially on light of the situation last spring may serve to assuage parental concern.
It is the police investigation that will drive the legal outcome. I fear that a public diversionary focus on a school district investigation may be setting a convenient ground work for familiar institutional shenanigans.
