At the last Planning board meeting, the Brunck/Didion Rd subdivision which is land currently farmed
Lancaster is a Right-to-farm community
The developer stated that the land owners have to pay someone to farm the land.
There are future farmers looking for land to lease to farm

This would be nice next to Summerfield Farms




We should be preserving farmland not turning it into a 152 home development.
Thankfully, the planning board tabled the project

This parcel includes 256 Brunck, 105 Didion and the parcel with the red doo hickey
