Michael Goodwin: Andrew McCabe is a national disgrace – and we owe him a big, fat thank you

Andrew McCabe is a national disgrace. He was part of the most corrupt and most partisan leadership team in FBI history and was fired for being dishonest under oath.

And yet, America owes him a big thank-you.

McCabe, you see, has reminded us once again that there really is a powerful deep state, and that there has not been a full accounting of rampant FBI misconduct during the presidential campaign of 2016.

People on facebook dig their heels in insisting Russia and Trump colluded. Completely ignoring the BS of Hillary, DNC paying Fusion GPS for the fake dossier, Fusion GPS working with foreign agents to compile the dossier, the text from the FBI, Comey/FBI giving all of Hillary's crew immunity, Hillary physically destroying evidence by smashing phones, erasing laptops and everything else we witnessed. Oh yeah the DNC paying for the dossier. The countless officials who even said there is evidence there was collusion.

WASHINGTON — As a real black activist, Kattrina Martin-Bordeaux never thought much of "Blacktivist," a mysterious group that popped up online and commandeered the promotion of an April 2016 protest at the Erie County Holding Center.

"What made me suspicious was that they came from nowhere and had no identity," Martin-Bordeaux recalled.

She was right to be suspicious.

The people behind "Blacktivist" weren't black activists. According to an indictment filed in special counsel Robert Mueller's probe of Russian meddling in the 2016 election, the "Blacktivists" were really Russian trolls, out to sow discord and help Republican Donald Trump amid one of America's most contentious presidential elections.
