Spot Coffee coming to Webster as firm transforms former NT museum

NORTH TONAWANDA — The building at 54 Webster St. may not be occupied by the North Tonawanda History Museum anymore, but its new owner said he hopes to preserve a bit of the Lumber City's history as he works to turn the old museum into a new, mixed-use space.
Ralph Dailey and his construction team are in the process of totally gutting the former museum to prepare for the construction of multiple commercial and residential units within the existing walls. As the work progressed, Dailey said they found that the building contained some quality woodwork under multiple layers of wall and ceilings that had been covered up over the years.

Why do we think attendance wasn't high enough to support the building as a museum?
