With Cuomo it is hard to understand what political agenda he supporting.
Cuomo seems to support at taxpayer expense, the idea that all illegal aliens should settle in New York.
Maybe Cuomo has read that New York State is loosing population. and he need more bodies in this state to counter the loss.
