Is your house a double or a single BTW? It looks like it could be either from the front, but the backyard made it look like a single.
It's a single. Their website just links to NYS I think. Taxes for 2010 are already paid though, correct?

Hows the interior? I love the wood work in most of those homes. Too many have lost their leaded glass/stained glass windows - its a shame.
Many had nice fire places with the old style gas inserts - how about yours.
Last point, I own a house close by, be careful about giving to much out over the net about its location - if its going to be empty - even for a short time.
Hook up some interior lights on a timer and consider a TV also on a timer. This way if some one drives by or walks by they'll see the TV is on. You can also call the local police station and let them know when your away - most often they will try and drive by more often.
Looks nice , great area for a young person/family. Enjoy.
