    11-5-18 Work session

    At this work session, I sat next to a new 95 gallon garbage tote. I believe my smaller 64 gallon tote is built tougher than the one at the meeting. i think a rat would have an easier time gnawing through it. Just my observation. Maybe it was just an optical illusion with the bright color..

    Someone suggested to me recently that as soon as the contract is awarded, we will never hear of the rat issue again.

    I agreed with that individual. As I observed at that time, in the future, if a varmint impacts sanitation, alas, the critter will be identified as a squirrel with a lower body hair loss condition.

    You'd think they'd be black or red as those are generally the town and school colors.

    Maybe, it was the recycling tote.

    Never mind the focus on the color. Here's an idea for the tote logo, and for the knick name of the new refuse company: "The Dessert Rats," of the "Ate Army."
