If you don't like taxes, you don't like New York.
Business and personal finance publication, Kiplinger, has analyzed taxes in every state in the nation, and for New Yorkers who complain about the tax pinch, here is some proof.
New York lands third on Kiplinger's list of the "least tax-friendly state" -- those where residents pay "above-average taxes."
The Kiplinger analysis examines a range of taxes: state income, property, sales, gas, vehicle, travel and estate taxes, in addition to so-called sin and oddball taxes.
In the area of "sin" taxes, Kiplinger puts the state tax on cigarettes and little cigars at $4.35 a pack, but notes that an extra $1.50 per pack is applied in New York City.
Other noted sin taxes: snuff at $2 per ounce, beer at $.14 per gallon and liquor at $6.44 per gallon

#Dems play musical chairs + patronage and nepotism = entitlement !
Yet we have a local group that supports his election this year. What gives? I simply don't get it.
