A propsal that a joint ordinance prohibiting unmuzzled and unleashed dogs running at large be adopted by the Village and Town of Lancaster and the Village of Depew was advanced by Mayor Walter F Braun and Village Attorney Jermone Raynor at a meeting of the Lancaster Town Board Monday evening.
