So if a Bluelink 960 is $8650 bucks they will rebate you up to 60% of that ? so it's about $3600 bucks.

I don't think that this is a good idea for this area. If it were perfectly sunny 365 days a year here, and assuming 12 hours of the panel running at 100%, 960W, for 12 hours a day, the yearly savings is roughly $550. This puts the ROI at a minimum of 6.5 years. But since our local weather pattern is not optimal for solar, as displayed by the solar lights of cheektowaga, you can't assume that much sun. Change that assumption to 33% of days having 12 hours of sun and then the ROI moves out to nearly 20 years.
Not a good investment yet. If it produced twice the electricity at half the price I'd be all for it.
