Republicans are having a heyday with the prospect of sex offenders voting in schools, and Gov. Andrew Cuomo has only himself to blame.

Plainly, the gov and his minions didn’t think things through back in May when he issued his executive order to restore voting rights to tens of thousands of convicted felons. In particular, they plainly didn’t consider that many polling places are in schools — where the 24,000 sex offenders included in Cuomo’s blanket amnesty can’t legally go under most circumstances.

So what is the difference if these people are in the schools based on this executive order or if their voting rights were restored by serving out their sentence?

For the first time, hundreds of dangerous sex offenders and pedophiles on parole will be allowed to vote in polling places in schools — but only after 7 p.m., state officials said.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo in May issued a blanket pardon giving 24,000 parolees the right to vote.

So who checks to make sure they comply with the 7pm time requirement ? They’re not going to have a scarlet letter on them, who would know if they came early or stayed and loitered ?

No he wouldn’t. You see, there are hosts of Democrats who really don’t care if children are endangered by sex offenders. That’s why many in the Catholic Church, especially the bishops, the vast majority of whom are Democrat and sympathize with the Dems’ totalitarian philosophy, have covered up molester priests for years.
