    Unfinished Tim Hortons on Broadway at Dick Rd

    No workers there when I drove by and weeds 3ft tall....what's going on with it?

    Seems like the Village of Depew should’ve made them have that worked out before they were allowed to break ground.

    So who eats that? The people that placed the order to build a Tim Horton's? The builder?

    Who didn't dot all the I's and cross the t's on this one? If it's about signals or driveway cuts who is at fault?

    Every tim Hortons needs a signal, except dick rd. To hell with the rest of the motorists, Hortons customers come first!

    If it was about a signal where would they have put it? 100 feet away from the other signal?
