Other than increasing prices we have had good service. Mind you I resell their services to business we work with. Over all they have been fine. I'm not happy about some contract issues that came up but over all I think most "phone" service companies have issues.

We have worked with Netcom, Earthlink, Spectrum/Timewarner, Choiceone, MCI, others I can't remember right now and Verizon.

For what its worth, I filed a complaint with some Govt agency in NY about my crappy internet connection back in Feb... and Spectrum called ME! And, gave me a 'special phone number' to reach them, where it went straight to a human..

Needless to say, I went from 3-10mbits to 130mbits with in a week... - they had to run a new line, and do some tweaking on their end..

For $65 a month (I bought my own modem) I call that a win...

I sorta refuse to call their public numbers, cause all you get is a run around... but this method worked for me lol

FMD, which govt agency did you call, if you don’t mind my asking? I’m as stunned that a NY govt agency would respond as I am that Spectrum would respond.

I think it was these guys...

I said that they advertise 100mbps speeds yet I get 3-10mbps speeds..... I filled in all my info, and basic info about them

I no longer call the 1800 numbers when I have a problem, I go online and btch to our govt lol I have found it often fixes things faster. However, I should note that im not your average 'user' and can tell when its 'not on my end'
