    At least until his next court appearance. The board and the publc do not appear to keeping the pressure on him to force the issue.

    It looks like we are stuck with Rogowski a lot longer, well at least until May 31. Originally, Rogowski was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, but the charge was downgraded to a second-degree charge. How can he get away with this? What about his wife and kids? Where are their rights?

    Well now every person who violates his RO can use this as an example to have the charge downgraded.

    You do it for him you have to do it for me.
