    Spectrum, What type of calculation is BBB using to give Spectrum a B+ with more than 18,000 complainants ? Let me know.

    I think with BBB rankings, it’s not just the number of complaints but whether they’re adjusted satisfactorily. And while 18000 sounds like a lot of complaints how many customers does Spectrum have...in the millions?

    Probably because lousy companies don’t apply for BBB membership in the first place. If you’re talking about the state consumer protection clowns, the only protection they offer is to companies tied to major campaign contributors.
