Anyone would be a fool to get started in education for at least the next few years. I still love teaching but everything else about the job (other than the teaching) has put morale at an all time low. I would definitely not recommend it to future generations as the privatization trend grows and the wages stagnate and/or decline. Besides Pioneer enrollment has been slowly declining. Most likely that new teachers will get laid off. Last-in; First-out.
