Election Fraud Gets Its Day In Court - The U.S. Supreme Court!

    * It's not yet clear if this is a "conference" TO SEE IF THEY WILL "CALENDAR" the three cases as a combined set for a FULL HEARING by both sides. If so, it may be calendared later in the year.

Update: Supreme Court orders expected Monday, Feb 22nd with opinions later that week, perhaps Thursday per Sidney Powell
    https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/02/never-mistake-quiet-inaction-sidney-powell-speaks-scotus-meetings-friday-election-fraud-expects/

The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) is set to hear a number of high-profile election fraud cases. The SCOTUS is now scheduled to consider the voter fraud cases for Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia on February 19, 2021.

Justices will hear the cases that allege widespread fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

Among those to be heard are Republican Rep. Mike Kelly's Pennsylvania election case, pro-Trump lawyer Sidney Powell's Michigan election case, and attorney Lin Wood's Georgia election case.

The cases include challenges to the 2020 election results.

Nearly every lawsuit takes issue with the expanded use of mail-in ballots by many states, according to The Washington Examiner. The decision came after the court declined to fast-track all election-related litigation in early January.

In nearly every plea for expedition, lawyers backing President Donald Trump told the court that if the cases were not heard before Joe Biden's inauguration, their success would be unlikely.

But after the court pushed them off, many lawyers said that the challenges were still important and could have long-term implications for election fairness.

Trump lawyer John Eastman told the Washington Examiner that even with Trump out of office, it was important to settle the issues raised by expanded mail-in voting. "Our legal issue," he said, referring to the way in which Pennsylvania conducted the 2020 election, "remains important and in need of the court’s review."

Similarly, Kelly's lawyer Greg Teufel warned that the 10-year congressman and major Trump ally had no intention of dropping the suit. As election litigation continues to play out in the courts, many Republican state legislators have begun introducing bills to curb mail-in voting through law.

Speaking about her case recently, Powell shared her thoughts on the 2020 election during Joe Biden’s Inauguration on Skyline News...

"He [Trump] had about 80 million votes, and Biden had much less than that, aside from the fact that hundreds of thousands of Biden votes were fraudulent from the get-go," Powell said.

"There were hundreds of thousands of fraudulent ballots," she added."There were flipped votes in algorithms run in the various machines and not just the ones from Dominion.”

    Very Much Worth the Read...

Six short chapters that help explain what happened after the election fraud on November 3rd. In summary, Trump got bad advice from his attorneys as time slipped away; he missed the opportunity to investigate election fraud while still in power; he was talked out of his initial agreement to name Sidney Powell a Special Prosecutor to investigate election fraud in select counties; he did not nail down the truth about CIA disagreements with Ratcliffe’s DNI Election Assessment - Ratcliffe maintains that China played a strong role in election interference; and he did not take Flynn’s advice to invoke Insurrection Act in order to seize voting machines and force a paper ballot recount in swing states.

Trump also placed too much faith in Rudy Giuliani’s plan, who, let’s face it - took the slowest route without actually getting anywhere. Rudy plowed through county by county in six states exposing illegal state processes and voter irregularities, while never understanding the stronger issue - the voting machine’s cyber vulnerabilities. Exposing election fraud should have been immediate - ideally while Trump was still in power, but, unfortunately, Trump missed the opportunity to do that. Now, it’s much harder, if not impossible to prove - evidence has been shredded/deleted, etc. The military cyber-intelligence needed to adequately examine the voting machines forensically now fall under the direction of Joe Biden, the new commander-in-chief. The odds of that happening are zero. No one should be happy, or gloating about this failure..

The Incredible Propaganda Campaign Surrounding The 'Insurrection' That Wasn't, or ...

... 'How Steve Urkle Influenced The FBI' ...

Part 1 of this article is here at Post #465

    https://www.revolver.news/2021/02/ca...-the-evidence/

Since Part 1 of this investigation, the New York Times has been forced to backpedal on their insane and mendacious claim that Officer Sicknick was murdered by a fire extinguisher-wielding MAGA mob.

Part One — MAGA Blood Libel: Why Are They Hiding The Medical Report?

Fox News said they corrected their report. Zerohedge said they retracted it. In truth, what they did was much more cowardly, deceptive, and unethically on brand for the New York Times. They kept their screaming headline but pinned a qualifier that “new information has emerged” that “questions the initial cause of his death.”

So let’s be clear: This is not a Sicknick Truth series. Stop making it weird. Congress wants a “New 9/11 Commission” about 1/6, purporting to leave no stone unturned. If right out the gate, you start deplatforming and destroying civilians who point out Very Obvious Boulders Still Rightside-Up, you’re not just disgracing yourselves — You’re showing disrespect to the honor of Officer Brian Sicknick. According to reports, Sicknick joined the U.S. Capitol Police after leaving his military service disheartened by the glut of unresolved “intelligence failures” from the original 9/11 Commission.

Moreover, this Revolver series focuses not on Sicknick in particular, but the Capitol siege, and in particular the role of the FBI. In doing so, we ask as Americans for the same rights and freedoms that The New York Times demands for citizens of China: a space to discuss contentious topics, free from the usual restraints of the country’s tightly controlled internet.

The frantic narrative wagon-circling by authoritative 1/6 perception managers is designed to put bumper lanes on the bowling alley of America’s peer-to-peer news sharing and information ecosystems. It’s your state-mandated, civil society-enforced Cognitive Safe Space. And the Critical Thinking Zone is for authorized personnel only.

So, do you have your clearance? Wunderbar. Here’s your classified cable:

    The Steve Urkel Zone

One plausible justification for the delay of information could be that there’s an ongoing FBI investigation into Officer Sicknick’s death, so medical documents are being barred from release pending the conclusion of that investigation.

For example, on January 8, a murder probe was announced. On January 15, the FBI was probing over 30 suspects. But then on February 2, we learned the investigators have all but ruled out “murder” in any traditional sense, and that the likeliest theory by lead investigators was that Sicknick may have had a stroke, possibly induced from pepper spray, exacerbating a pre-existing medical condition.

It’s been three and a half weeks since that update. The U.S. Capitol Police is shockingly immune to FOIA, so no public records can ever be secured from them unless they choose to do so voluntarily. And if the FBI is in charge, everyone should be concerned. Should anything in those medical records even slightly conflict with what little we’ve already been told, or detract from a Maximum Pressure Campaign against “Trumpism after Trump,” it could take us years to see them, if we ever do at all.

That means we’re in the Danger Zone. The Dog Ate My Evidence Zone. The Steve Urkel Zone.

At best, the FBI has spent the past four years (and frankly, much longer than that) simulating a 50-foot Steve Urkel from Family Matters, tripping over every major investigation in the U.S. government, flubbing it, then skipping through each corruption allegation with a lovable, whoopsie “Did I Do That?”

To wit, remember that whole, “We covertly surveilled (‘spying‘ was a conspiracy theory, ‘covertly surveilled’ was authoritative) a sitting U.S. President, sent wiretapped informants to get dirt, gave the whole adventure a fun, zany, Rock n’ Roll name like Operation Crossfire Hurricane, then got caught, admitted it, but now still refuse to declassify all the documents?” Where are the documents?

Remember that whole, “We hatched a secret plot to send two FBI agents to ‘question’ National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, lied to both him and the public about what we were really doing, and the documents only came out three and a half years later because an independent Congressional task force forced it out of us?”

Remember that whole Mueller investigation, where for two years the former FBI Chief insinuated that the sitting President was illicitly conspiring with Russia, but then we were never provided a single document until the very final report, which fizzled in a total dud, but the FBI is still preventing access to the full investigation records?

Remember the FBI falsified emails to secure their secret surveillance warrant? Remember they secretly thought the Steele dossiere was not credible, but went with it anyway? These scandals took years to discover and we don’t know their full extent.

Even the little things. Like what ever happened to Anthony Weiner’s laptop? Whoopsie!

And who was in charge of the Epstein investigation? Well of course, the FBI. And we were right back in the Steve Urkel Zone. The next thing we knew, both security cameras malfunctioned, both security guards had fallen asleep at the same time, and the prison logbook had all been falsified.

The FBI simply cannot be trusted to handle sensitive evidence, and any Republican or centrist Democrat who has not realized this by now needs to burn in their brains the “Fool Me Twice” parable and brand it somewhere sacred so they never forget.

    That’s at best.

At worst, the FBI is corrupt and in desperate need of Church Committee 2.0. It is time for Republicans to start leading this charge.

    But It’s Worse Than That

The FBI was directly involved in the story of how “underprepared” the U.S. Capitol was for that fateful day, and now they are controlling the evidence, intelligence and enforcement flow of its official investigation. We are now learning that the FBI is even treating members of Congress as suspects in the MAGA riot probe and has swept up lawmakers’ phone data during investigation.

And as forthcoming installments of this series will show, the word “underprepared” may be seriously understating the issue. Indeed, the FBI may have been far more complicit than any present investigation has thus far contemplated, to the point of begging an independent probe all of its own.

    So that alone stinks.

But then you throw in the fact that questioning the FBI will land you with a charge of “conspiracy theory,” while at the same time the FBI has identified conspiracy theories, as a vague abstract concept unto itself, as a top terror threat to the national security of the country. Which leaves an absolutely terrifying TripleThink in the minds of informed citizens:

    We flubbed this thing.

    We’re investigating this thing.

If you challenge our investigation, you’re a terrorist.

What To Expect From The Next Installment of Revolver News’ Ongoing Investigation

So the days of delegating our Critical Thinking to the FBI are over. We are calling for a total and complete shutdown of Steve Urkel coming into our house until the representatives of our country figure out what the hell is going on.

In Part 3, you’re going to learn about the epidemic of military and law enforcement officers gone rogue at the Capitol!, a curious group called the Oath Keepers, and the metaphorical ticking time bomb of the judicial proceedings against one Thomas Caldwell.

    It’s gonna be a doozy.

9/18/21 Rally in Support of unfairly jailed Jan.6th "Insurrectionists" Exposed

...as Fedapalooza...read about it on RedState...

Police Detain Man for Having a Gun at J6 Rally in DC, but There's a Big Twist

As reported earlier, there were more police and media than demonstrators at the Justice for J6 rally in DC today.

One of the funniest images from the event was this picture that my colleague Brad Slager wrote about earlier.

But it was just a sign of what people thought would occur at this event — which some termed “Fedfest” or “Entrapment 2021.” People thought it was going to be a Fed-a-rama, and it looks like they were on target with that one.

President Donald Trump had actually seemed to warn people not to go.

“On Saturday, that’s a setup,” Trump said to the Federalist. “If people don’t show up they’ll say, ‘Oh, it’s a lack of spirit.’ And if people do show up they’ll be harassed,” he said. That reasoning was why there was likely the light attendance.

There was one alleged arrest/detention of a guy with a gun. But what was so funny was, when the heavily armored-up US Capitol Police, who looked like they were wearing Stormtrooper outfits — just in black — tossed this guy because he was allegedly carrying a gun, they pulled a badge out of his pocket. So, even the guy who was supposedly detained for a weapon was a cop, too.

You can watch the 'riot' police check out the man's ID/Badge by clicking the link in the article, or....in this direct link on Twitter... here - https://twitter.com/mikevwusa/status...443637764?s=21

Parry: Durham is spraying the Sussman Defense Head-to-toe with Incriminating Evidence

Part 6 in George Parry's VIRAL SERIES of DURHAM INDICTMENT ANALYSIS

So, what does all this mean? Here are some key takeaways.

First, where, as here, you see a prosecutor bury the defense in discovery, that is a sign that he has great confidence in his case and nothing to hide. In the old Justice Department, we compared this type of eager and unbridled document production to happily using a salad shooter to spray the defense head-to-toe with incriminating evidence. As in “read it and weep.”

Second, the breadth and depth of the discovery as well as the obviously extensive and intensive efforts of the investigators to gather it indicate that there is far more to this matter than just the presently charged single count of making a false statement. Accordingly, we should expect an indictment or indictments commensurate with the scope of the present and promised discovery.

What will those charges entail? Based on what we know so far, they will most likely aver, among other crimes, a conspiracy to defraud the United States.

Federal law defines a conspiracy as a combination of persons to accomplish by concerted action a criminal purpose or to accomplish a lawful objective by unlawful means. Conspiracy to defraud the United States means primarily to cheat the government out of money or property, but it also includes interference with or obstruction of one of its lawful governmental functions by deceit, trickery, or dishonest means.

An indictment charging a conspiracy must allege the agreement, the unlawful object of the conspiracy (e.g., to defraud the United States), and at least one overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy. An overt act need not itself be a crime. It may be an act such as having a conversation or sending an email. Whether or not the overt act is in furtherance of the conspiracy will be for a jury to decide. But proving only one overt act will be sufficient for conviction.
    Read the rest here

Part 5 in George Parry's VIRAL SERIES of DURHAM INDICTMENT ANALYSIS shines a spotlight on CROWDSTRIKE and the DNC "Hack".

Part 5 can be read here

The HPSCI convened in closed executive session on December 5, 2017. Present were Henry, the Committee members and staff, as well as a lawyer representing CrowdStrike and a lawyer from Perkins Coie.

Under questioning, Henry confirmed that CrowdStrike’s examination of the DNC server was done pursuant to its contract with Michael Sussmann of Perkins Coie. Consequently, as explained by the Perkins Coie lawyer, CrowdStrike’s findings were protected by the attorney-client privilege. Therefore, it would be up to Perkins Coie, acting on behalf of the DNC, to decide what information Henry would be allowed to share with the HPSCI.

First up was Rep. Chris Stewart (R-UT) who wanted to know why the FBI hadn’t taken “the lead in this investigation.”

And that’s when the fun and games began.

Igor Danchenko Arrested For His Lying Role As Christopher Steele's Russian "Source"

If you Have a NYTimes subscription, you can read it Here

If you don't, the New York Post has it up - here

Danchenko had been the main source for Christopher Steele, a former British spy who was paid by Democrats to examine ties between Russia and Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign.

It included the explosive allegation that Russian security services possessed a tape of Trump being urinated on by Russian prostitutes.

Danchenko later admitted to the FBI that the scandalous detail — like much of his info in the report — was based on “rumor and speculation.”

Many of his other allegations, such as the claim that Trump lawyer Michael Cohen visited Prague to meet Russian intel operatives, have been subsequently disproven.

Despite its murky sourcing, the research was still used by the FBI in getting surveillance warrants targeting a former Trump campaign aide.
Danchenko is a big, important arrest; as a member of the Kremlin FSS (Foreign SecurityService of the Russian Federation) he is the "Russia Collusion" link between the Clinton Campaign and Russia to smear Donald Trump for the purpose of interfering with an American election.

John Solomon wrote a good article naming all of Danchenko's "sub sources" - they have all come forward with depositions claiming he lied - they never provided him, nor anyone with any information about Trump - Read it here, except, take note that within the first paragraph, he sets up the narrative I've seen developing in writers besides Solomon, and that is...
The indictment of Igor Danchenko, the primary source for the discredited Steele dossier, provides damning evidence alleging the Russian analyst repeatedly lied to the FBI. But it's only part of a larger portrait emerging in federal court records chronicling how the U.S. government was bamboozled into investigating Donald Trump for Russia collusion by a circle of players connected to Hillary Clinton
That one word - "bamboozled" tells us that Comey, Brennan and any other government official, elected or unelected, involved in the coup via the Russia Hoax will be protected.

UPDATE 11/7/21 John Solomon corrects course - now reports that the Grand Jury is presently reviewing Durham's evidence regarding the FBI's involvement...

The biggest loser of the Durham indictments: James Comey's FBI Court documents show how easy it was for Clinton Russia operation to enlist the nation's premier law enforcement agency in a political dirty trick.

Maria Baritromo/John Ratcliffe "Criminal Indictments to highest levels"

John Ratcliffe says that the Intelligence Community and the FBI knew ahead of time that Hillary Clinton was falsely accusing Trump of having ties to Russia, and moved forward with it anyway. Ratcliffe explains how he gave declassified documents to John Durham that appear to be the road map of the Special Counsel’s ongoing investigation. He says in no uncertain terms that he KNOWS John Durham will include the many indictments naming people at the highest levels of our government…

EVERYTHING Danchenko Gave to Christopher Steele Was Fabricated!

Former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe appeared two days ago on Maria Bartiromo’s Sunday Morning Futures show. I consider Bartiromo to be the best interviewer on television, and her discussion with Ratcliffe is well worth watching. Ratcliffe explained how he gave declassified documents to John Durham that appear to be the road map of the Special Counsel’s ongoing investigation.

(You can view Ratcliffe’s interview by clicking on video in the post directly above (in #474 ).

Recall that, in May 2019, Attorney General Bill Barr appointed John Durham, the United States Attorney for Connecticut, to “investigate certain intelligence and law-enforcement activities surrounding the 2016 presidential election.”

Barr stated that, when he made the Durham appointment on October 19, 2020, he issued a “scope order” providing that, as special counsel, Durham “is authorized to investigate whether any federal official, employee, or any other person or entity violated the law in connection with the intelligence, counter-intelligence, or law-enforcement activities directed at the 2016 presidential campaigns, individuals associated with those campaigns, and individuals associated with the administration of President Donald J. Trump, including but not limited to Crossfire Hurricane and the investigation of Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller.”

    Durham's Third Indictment: Igor Danchecko
From 2005 through 2010, Danchenko worked at the Brookings Institution, a Washington think tank. According to the 39-page indictment, Steele “relied primarily” on Danchenko to “collect the information that ultimately formed the core of the allegations found” in the dossier. From January through November 2017, in “its effort to determine the truth or falsity of specific information” in the Steele Dossier, the FBI interviewed Danchenko “regarding, among other things, the information that Danchenko had provided to” Steele.

The indictment avers that Danchenko “stated falsely that he had never communicated with a particular U.S.-based individual — who was a long-time participant in Democratic Party politics and was then an executive at a U.S. public relations firm (“PR Executive-1”) — about any allegations contained in the” Steele Dossier.

So, who is “PR Executive -1”? The New York Times has confirmed that his name is Charles Dolan who is described in the indictment as having “served as (1) chairman of a national Democratic political organization, (2) state chairman of former President Clinton’s 1992 and 1996 presidential campaigns, and (3) an advisor to Hillary Clinton’s 2008 Presidential campaign.” Moreover, it alleges that President Clinton appointed Dolan to an advisory commission at the State Department and that Dolan had “actively campaigned and participated in calls and events as a volunteer on behalf of Hillary Clinton.”

An elusive ally of the Clintons was a key figure in Thursday’s indictment Igor Danchenko, the analyst who contributed key information to the now-infamous “Steele Dossier.”

Dolan was Danchenko’s primary source for a section of the dossier that analyzed Paul Manafort’s resignation as Trump’s campaign chairman in August of 2016, the document claims.

Today Starts the 6-Week Trial of Ghislaine Maxwell's Sex Trafficking Trial in NY

    It will NOT be televised...

Update - DOJ has changed the access code , and so far, has not released a new code to the public - we will update when new code is known.

UPDATE- There will be NO call-in access code!

UK Sun is livestreaming, outside Manhattan courthouse, nothing happening, but, you can see for yourself...

If convicted on all counts, Maxwell faces a maximum sentence of 70 years in prison — effectively a life sentence for the 59-year-old, who has been jailed in a Brooklyn lockup since her arrest.

Maxwell faces six counts for allegedly recruiting, grooming and abusing four minor girls with Epstein at multiple locations in the US and in the UK from 1994 through 2004.

Her crimes included engaging in “group sexual encounters” with Epstein and an underage girl — identified in court documents as “Minor Victim-1” — from 1994 to 1997, prosecutors charge in the indictment against her.

With each victim, she allegedly encouraged the girls to provide Epstein with massages that would escalate into sexual abuse. During massages with Minor Victim-1, for example, the teen and Maxwell would both “engage in sex acts with Epstein,” the indictment states.

The crimes she’s accused of are sensational and will spark an emotional reaction among jurors before evidence in the case is presented, legal experts told The Post. It’s one of the reasons the cards are stacked against Maxwell at trial — and why prosecutors may win a conviction, the experts added.

Expect The New York Post to Have Ghislaine's Trial Transcripts The NEXT DAY/EVERY DAY

A woman who says she was sexually abused by Jeffrey Epstein testified on Tuesday that Ghislaine Maxwell helped lure her into his orbit when she was just 14 and described how the depraved duo were “giggling” when they first molested her together.

The alleged victim, an actress identified by the pseudonym “Jane” in court, said she was at Epstein’s Palm Beach, Florida, mansion in 1994 when the pedophile and his accused madam led her upstairs to his bedroom, moved her over to the bed and “took their clothes off.” “They started to sort of like fondle each other,” she said, adding that they were “casually giggling” as she stood there.

“He asked me to take my top off,” the witness continued. “Then there were hands everywhere and Jeffrey proceeded to masturbate again. And Ghislaine was like rubbing on him, kissing on him.”

Other times, Jane said the sick pair would lead her to a massage table inside a room at the house and show her how Epstein liked to be rubbed down.

“During these incidents did Maxwell ever touch your body?” Assistant US Attorney Alison Moe asked.

    “Yes,” Jane answered.

“What would Maxwell typically do?” Moe asked.

“She, along with others, would just start taking their clothes off,” the woman, now in her 40s, replied. “Jeffrey would get on the massage table.”

“It would just, you know, turn into this orgy.”

    Day 1 Jussie Smollett Trial

    own acting career.

Abimbola Osundairo, 28, told jurors in Chicago’s criminal court on day three of the trial how Smollett directed nearly every aspect of the alleged fake attack, from the racial and homophobic slurs him and his brother, Olabinjo, were to use down to who should throw the punches.

“He explained that he wanted me to fake beat him up,” Osundairo testified.

“I agreed to do it because most importantly, I felt indebted to him, to Jussie,” Osundairo said “He also got me a stand-in role on ‘Empire’ and I also believed that he could help further my acting career.”

Q and Trump Were The First To Tell Us About The "China Virus" - The 1st Conviction!

UPDATE: 12/21/21 Q showed us Chinese infiltration at ivy-league research universities. NOW 'future proves past' as we see Charles Lieber convicted...here at post #3095.

Also in that post is a link to Lieber's research on embedding transmitters to viruses!

    BOSTON —
Charles Lieber, the former chair of the Chemistry Department at Harvard University, was convicted by a federal jury Tuesday in connection with hiding his ties to a Chinese-run recruitment program.

The jury deliberated for about two hours and 45 minutes before announcing the verdict after five days of testimony in Boston federal court.

Lieber, 62, had pleaded not guilty to two counts of filing false tax returns, two counts of making false statements and two counts of failing to file reports for a foreign bank account in China.

“There is now no question that Charles Lieber lied to federal investigators and to Harvard in an attempt to hide his participation in the Chinese Thousand Talents Program,” Acting U.S. Attorney Nathaniel R. Mendell said in a statement. “He lied to the IRS about the money he was paid, and he concealed his Chinese bank account from the United States. The jury followed the evidence and the law to a just verdict.”

Ghislaine Maxwell Will Have To Stay Very Quiet In Prison

    Maxwell faced the following charges:

Count One: Conspiracy to Entice Minors to Travel to Engage in Illegal Sex Acts.
Count Two: Enticement of a Minor to Travel to Engage in Illegal Sex Acts.
Count Three: Conspiracy to Transport Minors with Intent to Engage in Criminal Sexual Activity.
Count Four: Transportation of a Minor with Intent to Engage in Criminal Sexual Activity.
    Count Five: Sex Trafficking Conspiracy.
Count Six: Sex Trafficking of a Minor.
Counts Seven and Eight: Perjury (stemming from allegedly false deposition testimony during a civil suit).

She was found guilty on all counts except Count Two, regarding Victin Jane.

Ghislaine Maxwell was convicted of five of the six charges against her at her sex-trafficking trial Wednesday evening – capping a stunning fall for the disgraced British socialite, who groomed underage girls for financier Jeffrey Epstein to abuse while mingling with the rich and famous.

Maxwell’s lawyers argued in closing statements in Manhattan federal court that she was an innocent scapegoat in the Epstein saga – while prosecutors labeled her a “sophisticated predator” who exploited young, vulnerable girls.

Since the start of Maxwell’s trial Nov. 29, prosecutors sought to portray her to jurors as inexorably linked to Epstein, including in his pursuit of underage girls to sexually abuse.

“Maxwell was Jeffrey Epstein’s right hand,” Assistant US Attorney Alison Moe said in her closing statement.

UPDATE - 1/20/22 - Ghislaine Maxwell files a SEALED Motion For A NEW TRIAL

    https://twitter.com/innercitypress/s...897710089?s=21

At the center of the motion is Juror No. 50, who had recently stated publicly he was a victim of childhood sexual abuse and made this known to his fellow jurors during deliberations.

The prosecution had previously requested there be an inquiry into the juror and the defense had previously requested a new trial.

    **UPDATE 4/1/22
Ghislaine Maxwell is DENIED a retrial after juror failed to disclose he was sexually abused: Sentencing is scheduled for June 28
In an opinion certain to trigger a higher court appeal, Nathan said the juror's failure to disclose his prior sexual abuse during the jury selection process was highly unfortunate, but not deliberate.

The judge also concluded the juror 'harbored no bias toward the defendant and could serve as a fair and impartial juror.'

But Nathan, explaining why she denied the retrial, wrote that the juror's claims that he remained impartial toward Maxwell rang true.

When questioned about it, he answered 'frankly and honestly, even when the answers he gave were the cause of personal embarrassment and regret,' she said, in her 40-page decision.

'The court finds Juror 50 testified credibly at the hearing,' Nathan wrote.
