Nick Sandmann is represented by attorney Todd McMurtry of Fort Mitchell and L. Lin Wood of Atlanta. Wood most recently represented the brother of murder victim JonBenet Ramsey, who sued CBS after a television show suggested he murdered his sister. The case was recently settled.

Here is the full video - for a widely publicized first appearance at a performance honoring her, there is no acknowledgment whatsoever in the beginning that she is there and there is no acknowledgement whatsoever that she is there, or was there, at the end - @ 1:27:00 at the end, you can see the female relative searching the audience, perhaps to see if RBG made it, without finding who she was looking for...

Since the NXIVM case is being tried in the Eastern District of NY, the “Superceding Indictment” would have to be a Federal Indictment. Since it is a “monster” Federal indictment, and NXIVM’s Allison Mack already ratted out the Clinton’s involvement in child sex trafficking (here at #630) and here at #631, with a connection to Spirit cooker, Marina Abramovic At #632, and more (here at #787, it’s fair to assume that the superceding indictment involves the Clinton Foundation - that’s my guess.

Whistleblower that accused close friend of Pope Francis, Gustavo Vera, of human trafficking is found dead

Natacha Jaitt, a model from Argentina, was found dead this morning in the town of Villa La Ñata. She was 41 years old. Jaitt gained international notoriety when she when went public with accusations of human trafficking against Gustavo Vera, a close friend of Pope Francis, AKA Jorge Bergoglio. Here’s what we know so far:

Model and driver Natacha Jaitt was found dead this morning at a complex for events in the town of Villa La Ñata, in the Buenos Aires Tigre party.

As it transpired, two people who were in the place made a call to 911 and said that there was a person who had vanished.

Up to the complex for Xanadu events, Isla Verde 644, an ambulance arrived from the Emergency Service of Tigre and the doctor Evangelina Serrano found that Jaitt was dead.

This morning there were troops from the Buenos Aires police and it was expected that at 11 o’clock the autopsy would be performed.

The investigation was carried out by prosecutor Sebastián Fitipaldi, from the decentralized Functional Instructional Unit (UFI) of Benavídez.

Prosecutors have called for French far-right leader Marine Le Pen to be tried for tweeting pictures of atrocities committed by the Islamic State group, judicial sources said Friday.

This could hike further pressure on Le Pen, 50, who already faces legal problems over alleged misuse of EU parliamentary funds. (She paid her staffers from a EU fund designated for staffers as opposed to using her underfunded Nationalist Party fund designated for staffers.)

Le Pen shared the gruesome images in December 2015, a few weeks after IS jihadists killed 130 people in attacks in Paris. Her move sparking widespread condemnation in France.
Prosecutors demanded that another member of her National Rally party, Gilbert Collard, also be tried on similar charges.

It will be up to an investigative magistrate to decide whether a trial takes place, with a conviction for "circulating violent pictures liable to be seen by children" carrying a maximum sentence of three years in prison and a fine of 75,000 euros ($85,000).

Le Pen, who lost to Emmanuel Macron in the 2017 presidential elections, was stripped of her parliamentary immunity over the pictures and charged with circulating violent messages.

Last year, she expressed outrage after the investigative magistrate called for her to undergo psychiatric tests in connection with her tweeting.

She has denounced the case against her as a violation of her freedom of expression.
