That's 7700 people a day. Q is telling us that COVID hysteria is overblown.
Democrat Governors, let's use Cuomo as an example, screamed the loudest while recklessly pushing COVID infected patients back into nursing homes instead of using the repurposed Javits Center or the Comfort Ship - the implication is that he knew they were vulnerable and likely to die, driving up the death toll. The death toll is being exploited for political purposes.
Now, he has moved on to "new cases from positive test results" using those numbers to justify keeping the state from fully opening.
Why? To keep people in fear and under his control. To push mail in voting and control who wins elections. To blame Trump for how bad the State is doing.

Ironically, Pompeo rose to political prominence for his fiery tone in questioning Clinton when he was a congressman looking into the deadly attack on the US mission in Benghazi, Libya.
Trump -- who is trailing in polls to former vice president Joe Biden -- has been urging Barr to prosecute members of the Obama administration for investigating his campaign's relationship with Russia.
"To be honest, Bill Barr is either going to go down as the greatest attorney general in the history of the country or he's going to go down as a very sad situation," Trump said.
"I mean, I'll be honest with you, he's got all the information he needs," Trump said of indictments.
Trump has pushed a conspiracy theory that the Obama administration worked to thwart him through actions including the probe of the Russia "hoax."
