Ask yourself simple questions.
If ES was trying to travel to UIO from HKG.
Why would he route through Russia?
How many direct flights (per day) from HKG to UIO?
What if Russia was the original target?
Ask yourself, would you NOT want to be at your preferred destination PRIOR TO going public?

HKG = Hong Kong International Airport
Edward Snowden was forced to move/ relocate after he went public with Vault 7 leak. He was said to be in Russia, and maybe he was at some point, but Q clearly tracked him to Hong Kong - then, he was on the run with a Q ultimatum before choosing to cooperate.
Logically thinking , We know (((they))) are trying to set up russia as a pretext for starting a war. If russia is providing a safe harbor for ES, then wouldn't it stand to reason that Russia is protecting ES from (((them)))? Maybe ES shares info with Putin, to protect himself from the Cabal?
Zero direct flights to Equador...
