Avenatti drives a Mercedes G Wagon. The photo of our mystery man was taken in the wing mirror of a Mercedes G Wagon.
The shape and placement of the orange triangle on the mirror is an exact match.
Given this, the photo was taken by Avanetti and Q got the feed from his phone.
