    if half the home owners in erie county stopped paying their property/school taxes for one year, it would be a huge wake up call to county govt and would make national news.

    but people wont do that because the govt will use threats of lethal force to coerce the people to pay up.

    Wierd, doesnt the mob use the same tactics?

    Because School District boundaries are not co-terminus with the municipalities they are named for like some in south Cheektowaga fall under the West Seneca School District.
