This is still in the planning stage.
The date and place are yet to be determined.

Please post whether or not you'd be interested in attending and any suggestions of a place to hold it.

    Thank you

    Yo quiero Taco Bell!

    The path is clear
    Though no eyes can see
The course laid down long before.
And so with gods and men
The sheep remain inside their pen,
Though many times they've seen the way to leave.

I'd attend, and would bring a couple of guests.

The Nortel Grill (732 Hertel) could be a great place for this - a good, old-fashioned tavern with great food ! I used to attend union meetings (!) there, when the order of business was mostly drafts and fish fry. haha Really, worth checking out - they might let us reserve the room on an off-night.

Another possibility: Scharf's Schiller Park, on Crossman off of Genesee ... one of the last, great East Side German eateries. http://www.scharfsrest.com/

It is a toss up between:

    Buffalo BrewPub

    Dave's and busters

    Galleria Mall Eatery/lounge

Parking is important as is the easiness of finding the place.

Been To Dave's and Busters and will post what I found out. The place does not seem to be as bad as some people have hinted towards. It is quite large and accomidating with a variety of unique things to do besides drink........

No Ragin it is not a Chunky Cheese...........

Looking towards Wed Dec 27, Thur Dec 28, or Fri Dec 29.

If you like playing video games. Dave and Busters is the place to be. If you like to socialize with old and new aquaintances, I suggest you choose another place.

If there are kiddies running around, count me out. There's enough kids in my life already and when I manage to find time to go out I prefer not to listen to strays.

Why don't we have it at a place that is locally owned versus any chain type place. Keep the money here.

Last year our party was good. There was lots of communicating between each other, and if us men would start playing games, I think it would be unfar to the women....I attended last year to meet new people, even after a year I still dream of Buffy's boots hehehe.....

I really don't think Dave's and Busters would be what we want....If no place can be decided on I think we us the Eagle House again....But I'm going to pulg Otto's...its near the 33 get off at Union, and bang you're there.....

Also, I hear the foods good too.

I second the motion for Nortel's. Locally-owned, easy to find. Right across from the Hertel Post Office.

I also like Margaret Scharf's, but it's not so easy to find.

I think Nortel's is far enough from downtown that even Riven would come. And there's a parking lot right across the street.
